Be Careful with My Heart is the longest-running morning drama series and one of ABS-CBN’s most successful programs due to its immense popularity and critical acclaim, spawning albums, concerts and worldwide tours.
The series has been aired in regions of Africa, around Asia, the Middle East and South America. It is the fourth Philippine television series to be shot in high definition format after Rounin, Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin, and Budoy.
